Job Description :
ProspectBlue is looking for a Territory Sales Manager with Wolf, Sub-Zero, and Cove product experience to join our clients team.

 

The Territory Sales Manager has two main goals:

 

1. Generate traffic into our Dealer network asking for our Brands


  1. Actively promoting all possibilities with our Brands within the specifier and trade market

  2. Actively using any program available to help generate revenue

  3. Utilize our showroom for all growth opportunities

  4. Education and building relationships with anyone who generally has influence with our target market


2. Make sure our Dealer network is ready to promote our brands


  1. Maintain and grow the display footprint in the dealer store with the correct products and the look that matches our brand's identity

  2. Educate all salespeople to dominate the "last 3 feet of the sale"

  3. Teach proper selling techniques that align with our brands

  4. Keep Dealers organized with proper materials


Other Responsibilities:


  1. Participate in Showroom Events

  2. Communicate with all aspects of our Dealer's business (installation, staff, service, owner, etc).

  3. Solve weaknesses within our Dealers

  4. New Product Introductions

  5. Represent the Brands and our Company in the Market

  6. Establish yourself as a Brand that aligns with our Brands
