Recruiter/Technical Recruiter
·Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, recruitment techniques and the local and regional area job market
·Partner with leadership to understand the needs and technical skills required for each position
·Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future open positions using a variety of sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates including: social networks, educational institutions, professional organizations, job boards, and industry specific databases.
·Project manage all components involved in the full life-cycle recruiting process
·Accurately manage and update internal applicant tracking software
·Act as an advocate for both client and candidate throughout the hiring process, establishing regular touchpoints and providing diligent follow-through
· Strong work ethic, takes initiative, competitive, problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently to execute concurrent activities and projects in a timely manner; work under deadlines
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to proofread, edit and write at a high level
· Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, recruitment techniques and the local and regional area job market
· Strength and confidence with spending time on the phone making connections, sourcing candidates and developing relationships with managers
· Willingness to be part of a collaborative and cohesive HR team and unselfishly cooperate with others
· Display technical knowledge through continuing education, research, and understanding of technology and technology trends (for technical recruiters)
