ProspectBlue is currently partnering with a local law firm in Richmond, VA seeking a paralegal professional for a firm that primarily specializes in corporate transactional law: business representation, capital formation and finance, commercial real estate, asset protection, business succession planning and business litigation. 

Responsibilities:

·Assist with all aspects of corporate real estate and securities transactions, specializing in corporate compliance, business formations and filings

·Organize and track complex projects and help facilitate smooth closings

·Assist in advising real estate syndicators on exempt private offerings including under Regulation D and Regulation A

· Preparing, coordinating, and reviewing legal documents as well as maintenance of legal files and records

·Produce high quality legal and professional documents

Required Skills:

·Ideally 4-5 years of relevant experience as a paralegal

·Ability to work independently

·Ability to produce high quality legal and professional documents.

·Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and information databases

·Excellent organizational and communication skills

Paralegal Certification is preferred but not required.
